SHIPPING

We offer a flat rate of R350 for country-wide shipping, covering all regions in South Africa. Please note that our products require a manufacturing time of 7-14 business days, followed by a delivery time of 5-7 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pixelsoda.co.za or phone 083 391 8927 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
