At Pixelsoda, we bring moments of delight into living spaces through our statement-making furniture pieces. Each product we produce is made with care and attention to detail.
- 02If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service team at info@pixelsoda.co.za or call 083 391 8927. We will assist you in tracking the order and provide updates on its status.
- 03As soon as there is a change in the status of your order, we will notify you via email. Upon dispatch, we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your order through the relevant courier company.
- 04Our products require a manufacturing time of 7-14 business days, followed by a delivery time of 5-7 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at [insert contact email or phone number] before placing your order.
- 05We offer free country-wide shipping, covering all regions in South Africa.
