Production & Delivery Timeline

Made to Order: 7–14 business days
Each mirror or lamp is handcrafted locally by our South African team. You’ll receive updates when production starts and again when your order is dispatched.

Delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Tracked courier delivery, with a signature required.

Total Time: 12–21 business days from order to delivery.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive:

• Order confirmation

• Notification when production starts

• Dispatch email with tracking number

• Courier SMS updates

You can track your parcel anytime using the link provided.

If you’re not home:
The courier will try again, contact you, or arrange collection from the nearest depot.

Packaging & Protection

Every Pixelsoda piece is:

• Wrapped securely

• Packed in custom protective boxes

• Fully insured during transit

• Delivered with mounting hardware (where applicable)

 

Special Delivery Instructions

If you have access codes, alternative contacts, or preferred delivery notes, add them at checkout or email info@pixelsoda.co.za after ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

If you’ve changed your mind, you may return your item within 30 days if it is:

• Unused

• Undamaged

• In original packaging

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost, unless the item is faulty.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us: info@pixelsoda.co.za
   Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if damaged.

2. Receive approval: We’ll send the return address and instructions.

3. Repack securely: Use original packaging and include your RA number.

4. Ship with a tracked courier: Send us the tracking number.

5. Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours

• Email photos and your order number

• Keep the packaging

We will:

• Arrange collection

• Cover all return courier costs

• Replace the item or refund you in full

 

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, style, or item:

• Contact us within 7 days

• We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process

Exchange shipping may apply, and new items may require fresh production time.

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Items without original packaging

• Custom-made items

• Products damaged through misuse or incorrect installation

 

Cancellations

Since all pieces are made to order:

Within 48 hours: Full refund
After production starts: Cancellation may not be possible; a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Quality Guarantee

Every Pixelsoda piece is handcrafted and quality-checked before leaving our studio. If you experience any issues within the first 90 days, we will repair, replace, or refund — depending on the situation.
